    Leadership

    Our core leadership team is made up of industry veterans. We know what the day to day experiences are like in the trenches, and we strive to provide the best working environment we can for our employees. As a company, we like to remain flexible and value input from our employees. If something isn’t working, we listen to our staff and make changes. While other companies are locked in their ways, we strive to make keep things fresh.

    Office Training

    Our office staff is trained directly by our office manager who has competency and experience in the industry. Great Northern Refrigeration has several programs to ensure staff members are able to acquire and utilize necessary resources to support/aid clients and field technicians. Our office staff is the first of the line, the face & voice that will greet you. We do our best to ensure that not only our clients, but the rest of our staff has the right people to help them in the best ways.

    Field Training

    The refrigeration industry is an ever changing field, and here at GNR, we understand that. In order to keep our employees up to date on all the latest innovations, we offer a comprehensive training program.

    Our Program includes:

    - In-house training led by our training supervisor, who is also our lead tech.

    - Factory and guest led training seminars

    - On the job and field training.

    Safety

    Safety is more than a word, it’s a way of life.  At GNR, we’re committed to maintaining an injury free environment. Keeping our employees safe and healthy is more than just good business sense, its a commitment to our employees.

    We offer:

    - Extensive safety training, including OSHA certification courses.

    - Regular equipment checks. We provide our employees with up to date, certified PPE

    - A safety committee, of our top workers meeting to refine our process.
